Thank you for your interest in purchasing your parts from 4MyMustang!
Simply
put, we guarantee your satisfaction with the orders you place with us.
We carry Ford and other top-quality brand parts, so we’re
confident that they’ll impress you. However, if you are not satisfied
with any unused part, it may be returned within 45 days for an exchange
or refund. If you’ve used an item and are still not satisfied,
we will try to work out a mutually acceptable solution with you. Certain
items, such as electrical parts, cannot be accepted for return.

Within 45 days of your purchase, items can be returned to 4MyMustang.com
for an exchange or refund. For non-defective items, there is a
20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.
Also, any costs to install, mount, adjust, or inspect any product are
the sole responsibility of the buyer. 4MyMustang.com makes no representation
regarding the use or application of any product sold, and expressly disclaims
any warranty of fitness for any particular application of any product
purchased.
It is necessary to obtain a Return Authorization from the 4MyMustang.com
website prior to returning any item. This number is used to make sure
that your account is properly credited when the returned item arrives.
Products
(including the original packaging) must be in resalable condition, or
the return may be refused. Returns of used products must be arranged
and agreed upon by 4MyMustang or no credit will be issued.
Unfortunately,
4MyMustang cannot accept returns on any electrical parts, books, special
order items, Ford Racing parts, or items we disclaim as non-returnable
in advance. Also, used, balanced, or mounted wheels will not be accepted
for return.
Items which you receive damaged in shipment are covered by
the carrier’s
insurance. Please inspect your delivery immediately and show any damage
you observe to the driver. If this is not possible, contact the carrier
within 24 hours and request an inspection. It is your responsibility
to file a claim with the carrier for any items damaged in shipment. We
will work with the carrier to replace your item.
To obtain a Return Authorization
An RA number can be obtained by e-mailing
us at returns@4mymustang.com or by calling 866-943-8727. Please include
your name, phone number, the address we shipped to, the date of your
order and the reason for the return.
Returning a product to 4MyMustang.com
When returning an item to us, we
recommend that you use UPS. Regardless of carrier, please be sure that
the item is insured for the total amount of the sale. We will provide
you an address for your return when we issue your Return Authorization.
Credit
and Return Shipping Costs
Within 15 business days of receipt of your
returned item, you will be issued credit for the original purchase price
and applicable sales tax. Core credits will also be processed within
15 business days.
If the reason for your return was caused by 4MyMustang.com
or one of our business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, wrong
part shipped), we will cover the freight charges on the replacement items. All
other returns (i.e., didn't want, doesn't like) will be limited to the
invoiced purchase price of the unit(s) less a 20% restocking fee, and
less packaging and/or shipping charges. In-store credits can be
issued for the full purchase price of the goods, less packaging and/or
shipping charges. All in-store credits issued are good for 90 days
from the date of the credit. If you do not use your credit within 90
days, it will automatically be forfeited.
