Fiberglass Parts

Fiberglass body parts do not fit the same as stamped steel parts. Although fiberglass parts are easy to work with, they can require substantial work to conform to the varying early unibody Mustangs. Every car is slightly different. Within 45 days of receipt and prior to any sanding or painting you must check the fit of any fiberglass pieces. Once fiberglass parts have been sanded or painted they can no longer be sold as new, and cannot be accepted for return. Fiberglass parts in new condition may be returned or exchanged subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. A Return Authorization can be obtained for parts believed to be defective so they can be inspected by a manufacturer’s representative. Such a return will be at the buyer’s expense until it is confirmed that the part is defective. Defective parts will be replaced at no cost and the return freight charges incurred by the customer refunded at that time.

Wheels

We are not responsible for wheel backspacing and fitment. There are many modifications that can change the fitment of rims including brake conversions, different rear ends, Mustang II conversions, tire selection, etc. Once tires are mounted on the rims or if the rims are scratched where the lug nuts are seated, the rims may not be returned. If you decide not to keep rims purchased from 4MyMustang.com within 45 days of receipt, and they are in the same unused, unmounted condition as received, and the original packaging present, our normal return policy will apply.

Non-U.S. orders

Orders placed from outside the U.S. or to be delivered outside the U.S. must be placed by e-mail or fax and will require payment by wire or money order. Credit card payment for these orders cannot be accepted.

Special Order Items

Some items listed in this catalog are made to order by the manufacturer. These special order items require pre-payment by debit card, Credit Card, money order or wire transfer funds and cannot be returned.

Back Orders

Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back-order unless you indicate that a refund should be made. All shipping charges on regular domestic orders are charged on the initial order, so back orders are shipped at no additional charge. Back ordered items usually are shipped within 30 days, however, availability can change and 4MyMustang.com reserves the right to cancel any back order and issue a refund.

Refused Shipments

The customer is responsible for the cost of insured freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused

Sale Items

At no time are refunds given on items that may go on sale after purchase.

Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability

4MyMustang.com expressly disclaims, and the purchaser expressly assumes responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any and all product failure for products sold by 4MyMustang.com. Defective product liability is limited to the replacement/purchase price of the product and is provided by the manufacturer.
